Both Standard and Starter can allow users to be only eligible for Motion, Sound and Cry detections. The Pro plan can enable users to be entitled to more categories of AI detections(Human, Vehicle, Package, Face, Animal) other than Motion, Sound and Cry.

If you like to use Pro Plan, you can use any Nooie app versions (Android version>=V2.2.26 & iOS version >=V2.3.34) that can allow the upgrade to Pro plan. Via compliant apps, you will find out upgrade operation in either Cam settings or subscription management page. All you need to do is to follow the flow in the app and upgrage successfully. The Pro plan will take effect immediately. The left over days of previous plans (it is either Starter or Standard) would be calculated into a certain value that will be used to offset the first payment of you next-up Pro plan.

You will see a new look of playback video, activity center and cam setting regarding Human, Vehicle, Package, Face, Animal. Also you will be notified by push message in real-time manner whenever Human, Vehicle, Package, Face, Animal are detected.

CVR is Continuous Video Recording, that would mean that the camera will be recording continuously for 24 hours.
 Event Recording is only activated when the camera has detected events. The recording will subsequently be turned off once it doesn’t detect anymore movement and/or a human subject.

It consist of camera recordings of all your activities stored in the cloud. You can access these recordings of your past activities from the Nooie app from anywhere. Depending on your Nooie Plus plan, you will access to the recordings from the last 3, 14 or 30 days.

Yes, you can. You can have multiple subscriptions from the same account. Just select your preferred camera and tap Nooie Cloud and select your desired plan.

No, your paid for service will continue until the end of its validity period. Once your subscription is over, you can then choose to opt for the Nooie Plus service.
